Mind/Body Educational Programs

This program for staff of the Medical Center included Lunchtime Yoga, Stress Reduction, and Medical School Curriculum.

A special research lecture series, "Lectures in Integrative Neuroscience: Investigating Ancient Contemplative Traditions and Other Mind/Body Paradigms" resulted from a collaboration of the Rosenthal Center and the Department of Psychiatry, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University, and the New York State Psychiatric Institute, featuring investigators affiliated with the Mind and Life Institute and related efforts. The series is podcast by the New York Academy of Sciences.
